RrrRrrrrrrRrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Everything is in motion.
Atoms vibrate.
A sculptor’s hammer vibrates.
Wifi waves vibrate.

Vibrations bring forth new things.
The universe, a knitting, a sculpture, a child, an internet connection.

Yinka Kuitenbrouwer writes and plays a new text about our relationship to the objects that surround us. Wannes Deneer stacks objects on vibrating pedestals: from knitting needles to cisterns, from jerry cans to coffee cups. The sculptural stacks vibrate: sound, minimal music, listening techno, emerges.

RrrRrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr plays at various locations where things are made or repaired. At each location, objects from that specific spot are integrated into the performance. In this way, each performance vibrates differently.

With RrrRrrrrRrrrrrr, Wannes and Yinka put man between things through vibration, words and images, as a vibrating body between other vibrating bodies.
