Beyond the Black Box 2025 – Brussels

Beyond the Black Box provides a space for creators who transcend the boundaries of the theatre. The festival presents hybrid art projects and brings together artistic practices that operate at the intersection of performing arts and visual arts, traveling between Flanders and the Netherlands.

An artistic playground where we discover installations, performances, and interventions—from intimate one-on-one encounters to large-scale spectacles. After editions in Amsterdam and Antwerp, it’s Brussels’ turn, a collaboration between Kaaitheater, Kunstenwerkplaats, workspacebrussels, Hiros, Caravan Production, and C-TAKT.
