Peeking, looking, and wondering.

Two dancers open up a world full of illusions. Will you join them on their discovery? Inspired by a visual installation, the dancers draw you into a game of seeing and being seen. They invite you to see differently. How would you like to see the world? Perhaps upside down, through a filter, or in a different color? Dancing and playing with our gaze, they create a surprising performance that takes place in an exhibition space or museum.

This production is the result of a collaboration between choreographers Lies Cuyvers and Ciska Vanhoyland and visual artist Ief Spincemaille.

Ief Spincemaille is a versatile artist and scenographer who works at the intersection of visual art, design, media art, photography, and performance. His work invites interaction and capitalizes on the interplay between art and its audience. Lies Cuyvers and Ciska Vanhoyland are the choreographers and artistic directors of tout petit. In their productions they investigate how dance can relate to scenography or visual installation.
