In residence: Showcase Emerging Sound

On 20 November 2025, STUK will once again make the walls vibrate in Leuven during Showcase Emerging Sound 2025, a collaboration between STUK, Q-O2, Musica Impulscentrum and C-TAKT. This annual showcase is a unique opportunity for the public to discover the future of Belgian sound art and for young artists to show their work within a professional framework. Four emerging sound artists were selected to participate and are in residence at C-TAKT in preparation.
The selected artists for 2025 are:
Linus Bonduelle – Chrysopoeia (installation)
Melissa Rycke – Last Summer’s Yield (installation)
Cis De Ghendt – Phrasing (performance)
Jacob Eckhardt – Turntable performance (performance)
